Our new United States headquarters is officially open for business, with the launch of our office in the thriving tech hub of Austin, Texas. The new base will support our existing U.S. customers, and allow us to expand our customer base while providing our internationally renowned extra-mile support.

Born in the UK, Hyve has been expanding globally for over 10 years. Our core values and small team ethos have been recognized in a U.S. market, where personalized customer service is key. The launch of our Austin office was the natural next step to support our growth, providing a local base for our U.S. customers old and new.

Stoney Reynolds, Head of Region for the U.S. spoke on the launch: ‘Opening an office in the heart of downtown Austin marks a significant milestone for Hyve, and I’m confident that this move will strengthen our presence in the U.S. market. We are looking forward to expanding our talented team in Austin and sharing our passion for innovation and exceeding customer expectations, as we continue to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients across the U.S.’

Why Austin?

Austin has emerged in recent years as a hub in the U.S. tech market, home to new startups and long-established tech companies alike.

With an unofficial motto of ‘Keep Austin Weird’, the city is a natural companion to our main headquarters in Brighton, with an innovative and collaborative culture in common.

We are committed to providing value in the locations we operate, with the opening of our Austin office allowing us to create skilled jobs in the area and support the local economy. Where many providers can seem faceless, particularly the large hyperscalers in the cloud industry, we embrace a ‘people first’ culture, focusing on hiring local people who provide a truly personal service to customers in each of our respective regions.

Speaking on the culture in Austin, Stoney said: ‘Austin’s reputation as a tech hub and its welcoming business environment make it an ideal location for us to grow and thrive. The city’s rich pool of talent, diverse culture, and commitment to fostering innovation align perfectly with our values – extra-mile support, best-in-class architecture, and excellent value for money. Our new office will allow us to become an integral part of Austin’s thriving tech community.’
